The SAA Board reserves the right of final evaluation and decision of acceptability of artwork.
By submitting this application, you are agreeing with:
- Abiding by the SAA By-laws and show rules as well as complying with the SAA and Fire Marshall's space regulations.
- Taking full responsibility for any damage and agree the SAA and the hosting property owners are not responsible for any damage or theft of merchandise.
- Each exhibitor will conduct themselves in a positive and professional manner. Promote the event through various channels to attract a diverse audience. Be available to engage with the attendees, answer questions, and discuss your work as well as other's art when working a customer service shift at the show. Be respectful of other's artwork and refrain from making loud or derogatory comments. Keep conversations at a low volume to maintain a peaceful environment for others.
There is a non-refundable $30 Application/Member fee that is due with the membership application and a separate form/fee.
